John St. Clair

John St. Clair is vice president of customer success at TruTechnologies, where he leads the team responsible for onboarding, adoption, and long-term relationships with sponsors, CROs, and clinical sites. He brings decades of operational leadership experience across international program management and quality assurance, with a focus on building service models that help clients adopt complex systems with confidence.

Before joining TruTechnologies, John built an extensive operations and leadership career, including five years as vice president of operations and project delivery at Abt Global and more than a decade at RTI International, where his roles included vice president and senior director of international offices. Across those organizations, he helped scale global operations spanning 40 countries and more than 1,500 staff.

John is certified in Good Clinical Practices and serves as a non-affiliated board member on a commercial Institutional Review Board.
